If you have commercial insurance, you may request a superbill. A superbill is a receipt you can submit to your insurance company.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan and benefits.
Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse for services provided in a cash-pay chiropractic setting, even with a superbill.
